The breakfast was good and the gentleman making the omelette was extremely pleasant. Miss Janet in the breakfast area went to the back to get me decaf coffee and then came around later to ask me if I needed a refill.
Why don’t they have decaf along with regular coffee in the breakfast buffet ? I can’t be the only person in the world that drinks decaf ! Our room only had one coffee cup but a coffee maker for two !

Cute atmosphere, made check-in pleasant. The staff were friendly. The room showed signs of neglect, with worn furniture and outdated amenities that detracted from our overall experience.

Everything was simply great. The staff were efficient and amicable, they offered a great service. The pool was nice, views were stunningly beautiful, and its parking was free. Easy access to Columbia Metropolitan airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away.

this stay was way better than my last visit to columbia. the staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a fantastic omelet station. the room was spacious and comfortable, making my solo trip very enjoyable.

Air conbdition is over the bed and very nosiy. Clean carpets in rooms are problem and smell is appropriate them. No fresh air in room. Windows are blocked.

Very attractive physical grounds and interior
Very inefficient air condition. Only lowered temp by two degrees overnight. Need more elevators. No breakfast room service

Great staff and room. Love the breakfast bar and cocktail hour. The staff even has a shuttle so you don't have to pay meter fees for parking downtown and is walking distance from the zoo.
The carpet and sofa was a bit dated.

I loved the breakfast with made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries! 🍳 The room was spacious but could use some updates. The long wait for check-in was a bit frustrating too.
